On September 17, 2025, Guangxi Sanwei Railway Track Manufacturing Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Group (hereinafter referred to as “Guangxi Sanwei”), emerged victorious in the bidding competition for the construction of the Wuping–Meizhou section (Guangdong segment) of the newly built Longyan–Longchuan Railway and the newly built Shenzhen–Jiangmen Railway, thanks to its outstanding overall strength and strong market reputation. The company successfully secured the contracts for the procurement of concrete railway sleepers for these two major projects, with a total contract value of RMB 157,605,156.

(603033), signed a tripartite cooperation agreement with the Wuhai Municipal Science and Technology Bureau and Jian Xigao, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and a professor at Dalian University of Technology, to jointly establish the “Academician Joint Innovation Center.”
