1.Super high abrasion compound
This compound is designed to extreme condition required high abrasion, the belt can get Max 60 mm3 abrasion, effectively extend belt life.
2.Anti-ozone/ozone resistance compound
The belt was cracked by the long exposure to the ultra-violet or ozone air. This compound is designed to solve this problem.
3.Special compound for cement industry
This compound is designed to resolve conveyor belt surface crack problem at cement plant.
Following is comparison of two compound belts.
Normal heat resistant compound belt after 6 months service at cement factory.
Special compound belt after 10 months service at cement factory, now still running.
4.Heat & oil resistance compound
This compound is designed to convey those oil materials with 70-135℃ heat resistance.
We are researching.
5. Cold & oil resistance compound
This compound is designed to convey oil materials at low temperature condition (-60℃).
6.Oil & flame resistance compound
This compound have a resistance property to oil conductive and qualifies as fire resistant.
7.Aramid cogged belt
Aramid hard cord will be used instead of polyester hard cord, the belt tensile strength and fatigue life will be largely increased.
8. Peanuts harvester v belt
The original banded v belt was used in peanuts harvester v belt, but the latter has features of more impact resistance, abrasion resistance and stronger tensile strength.
9. Polyester hard cord wrapped belt
Polyester hard cord will be used instead of polyester soft cord, then the belt will reach the same tensile strength and fatigue life with cogged belt.

10. Environmental wrapped belt
The outside fabric is white ones.
11.Flame retardant v belt
V belt will be oil, heat and flame retardant.
12. CR wrapped belt
CR will be used instead of natural rubber.
